Every online food order, local parcel or urgent business delivery depends on someone completing the final journey. Technology can assign the order, calculate the route and process the payment, but a delivery partner must still collect the item, navigate local roads and hand it to the customer.

Local businesses in Hubballi have traditionally depended on shop employees, auto drivers, personal contacts, or customers themselves to transport products across the city. These arrangements may work for occasional orders, but they become difficult to manage when a business receives several delivery requests in one day.
